HIGH STANDARDS
We always try our best to keep things relaxing & fun when you're with us. We aim high but recognise that we are human and perfection is our goal but at times we might fall short. Let us know so we can try our best to meet your expectations.

We're all about conscious chit chat and useful gossip, sharing fabulous hints and tips during your time together. But I get it, we all have human moments when we forget our manners but I ask that that negative nancy stays at home so we can be kind and respectful.

ONLINE ACCESS
​The website is easy to interact with us... from booking your appointment, checking out our prices to taking your payment. We've tried to keep it simple and hassle free with full access to our calendar so you can choose a slot that's convenient for you. However please note that we use a number of booking platforms to fill our slots on occasion we might not be able to accommodate you. If we find we can't accommodate you, we'll will suggest a suitable alternative. Shuffling appointments is more likely when you book last minute... so it's important to book in advance to avoid drama and disappointment.

APPOINTMENT TIMES
​All timings shown throughout the site and on other marketing material refer to appointment times and not treatment times. We aim to complete your treatment within the allocated time but on occasion, life doesn't run smoothly... we will try to inform you if we are running behind schedule.

ARRIVING
​Please plan your visit. Full details on how to find have been included on our directions page.

Arriving late will rob you of precious appointment minutes. Wr aim to finish each session as close to on time as a courtesy to the next client.
We also get that sometimes being late is outside of your control. We'll always do our best to accommodate late arrivals (within 10 minutes after your appointment) by performing the most complete treatment possible in the time remaining. Unfortunately, arriving 10 minutes after the scheduled time of your appointment will result in full charges without the opportunity to reschedule that appointment.

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS
Please use the online booking tool to schedule your treatment with us. If you decide to cancel your appointment please give me 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less that 24 hours notice or no shows will be liable to the full amount of the service.


FEEDBACK CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
If you need to cancel your appointment, please call or email at least 24 hours in advance. We have to turn away other clients to hold your reservation, any cancellations with less than 24 hour’s notice has to be charged for.

If you've had a treatment that you aren't happy with, please let us know. We are fully qualified and try our best to be in service during your time with us. If you're not feeling wow factor and will struggle to tell your friends about us; tell us first so it give us the chance to improve for you and our other clients too. However, we are in business, we love what we do - we will offer a discretionary refund on any treatments.


ILLNESS
Sometimes a sudden illness can prevent you from giving 24 hours cancellation notice. In this instance, you will only be charged 50% of your treatment price as I'd blocked this time for your appointment and some other beauty could not be seen.

​Unfortunately we might have to cancel your appointments due to illness and emergency. we will discuss when we can best reschedule your appointment.

NOISE AND MOBILE PHONES
The building is home to a different size studios with a co-working biz station as you enter. Please respect the other members in the building and contact us if you are struggling to get access in any way. Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume at all times. Mobile phones should be kept on low.

CHILDREN
I'm sorry we can't accommodate children in the studio.

CLIENT QUESTIONNAIRE & HEALTH CONDITIONS
All new clients will be requested to complete a Client Questionnaire form before your first treatment. This is your chance to let us know of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect us carrying out your treatment. It is your responsibility to let us know of any changes in your circumstances before your treatment goes ahead.
